Qubo

For wealth managers & fintechs

When prospects ask AI who to trust, be the answer. When a client’s needs change, be the first to know.

Qubo is an AI-native growth company for wealth managers and fintechs. We help your firm become the one AI recommends, and turn what’s in your CRM and meeting notes into growth your advisors approve.

02The Growth DiagnosticWhat it decides

Start with a diagnosis. Leave with a blueprint.

Two fictional firms, two answers. The problem decides which route leads, and we say why.

Growth blueprint

Decision page Illustrative

A fictional savings app, about 60 people

Recommendation

Correct the record before reaching more people.

Lead route AI Visibility & Authority

Decisive signal
AI answers quote a fee the company retired.
First move
Fix the facts at the source: own pages and directories.
Who approves
Head of growth; compliance reviews every page.
How it’s judged
AI accuracy, priority questions, sign-ups from AI.
Show the evidence and the full plan

Also weighed

  • Rivals are named for prospects’ first question: “safest savings app for freelancers.”

    Tracked questions Supports

  • Customers add a second product unprompted.

Product data Noted: client growth can wait a quarter

How sure we are

Likely, not certain.

Before acting, we check whether the error runs through every priority question or traces to one source.

What would change this

If second-product uptake stalls, client growth leads instead.

After the first move

  1. NextPublish one plain explainer on that first question.
  2. ThenTrack priority questions; focus PR there.
Deliberately not
  • A high-volume content program
  • Paid “best of” placements

A fictional independent RIA, nine advisors

Recommendation

Act on the planning decisions already in your notes.

Lead route AI Client Growth & Intelligence

Decisive signal
Two planning decisions sat in one advisor’s notes, with no follow-up.
First move
Agree a review path with compliance; connect authorized CRM and notes.
Who approves
The advisor approves each follow-up; compliance reviews it.
How it’s judged
Opportunities acted on, reviews booked, introductions made.
Show the evidence and the full plan

Also weighed

  • Many households’ last planning review was over a year ago.

    CRM Supports

  • AI names the firm for its city, not its specialty.

AI answers Noted: visibility can follow

How sure we are

Likely, not certain.

Before acting, we check that other advisors’ notes hold the same kind of signal, not just this one.

What would change this

If notes across advisors hold too little to act on, client growth has nothing to run on: visibility leads instead, starting with the specialty AI misses.

After the first move

  1. NextPilot reviewed follow-ups with two advisors, starting with pre-sale reviews.
  2. ThenAdd referral asks once follow-ups work, each approved by the advisor.
Deliberately not
  • Any automated client email
  • A product pitch

06Questions

Straight answers.

Something else on your mind? Ask it in the first conversation.

Talk to Qubo
How is a conversation different from a diagnostic?

A conversation commits you to nothing. A diagnostic is scoped and agreed before it starts, and ends in a written blueprint.

What data do you use, and does anything reach clients automatically?

Only data you authorize, such as CRM records and meeting notes, inside the tools you already use. Nothing reaches a client without advisor approval.

Is Qubo an AEO / GEO agency?

No. AI visibility is one of two routes; the other grows the clients you have. Both run as managed systems, chosen by diagnosis.

Is this only for wealth managers?

No. Independent RIAs and wealth-management firms with several advisors, and fintechs of roughly 20 to 200 people.

Why are there no client logos or results on this page?

Qubo is early, and we won’t invent them. Every example here is labelled illustrative. Judge us on the first conversation.

Do you guarantee results?

No. No one controls AI platforms. We measure what we can influence and report it plainly.
